Loan Agent

Description: Independent contractor position available for self-starting candidate with outstanding sales skills and ability to organize and manage time well. Need strong stomach to endure market cycles and creativity and heart to sell ice cubes to Eskimos. Long-term commitment, never-ending desire to learn and strong ethics are surreptitiously the most important factors.

Compensation: Generous tiered commission split based on experience.

Requirements: Experience with 1-4 unit residential mortgage financing preferred, but not required. DRE Salesperson license required.

Loan Processor

Description: This position is for a PT/FT loan processor adept at procuring, organizing and stacking income/asset/credit documentation for file submission. Must be patient, extremely well organized, and able to develop rapport quickly with all types of homeowner clients. Previous processing experience is highly preferred, but not absolutely required.

Compensation: per file basis commensurate on experience

Requirements: College degree preferred, but not required. Must have experience with Calyx Point. Genuine interest in real estate financing and customer service experience is important.

Admin Assistant

Description: Duties include phone reception, answering emails, coordinating loan processor and loan agent schedules, data entry, filing and general clerical work. Position may include some loan processing and meeting planning as well.

Compensation: Hourly; based on experience.

Requirements: College degree preferred, but not required.
