Sue earned her B.S. in Business Administration from National Chengchi University in Taipei, Taiwan.  After she settled here in the Bay Area, she obtained her California Real Estate Salesperson License in 1976 and subsequently her Broker License in 1978.  Sue put in long hours and quickly developed into a top producer at Red Carpet Realty, VIP Realty and New West Realty all the while looking after her two sons (frequently dragging them along to help put up and take down Open House signs).   

In 1985, Sue transitioned into real estate finance and investment by founding Opus Investment Company in Cupertino.  By 1989, the company expanded into Opus Mortgage Company, which later turned into Veridian Mortgage.  Over the next 21 years, Sue built an outstanding reputation with realtors, wholesale lenders and title companies for her world-class service and unparalleled knowledge about the mortgage industry.  With Sue as the heart and soul of the Veridian operation, clients, associates and lenders all know and trust any file with the Veridian stamp.   

Although Sue continues to originate loans, she spends much of her spare time helping her husband Tony with a non-profit meditation group in local Campbell.
